Motivation Needed

Looking for friends who are motivated and encouraging to help me stay motivated and encouraged. Had major spinal surgery 6 months ago and put on an additional 30 pounds on top of the 30 I already needed to lose.

    I am looking for that as well. I have depression and anxiety and have turned to food for relief. I need positive and realistic reinforcement.
