ya'll need to try the military diet it makes u lose 10 pounds in 3 day it actually work it helped me I weighted 268 and went down to 259 look it up on YouTube for more info

    No. The military diet is ridiculous. Eating hot dogs, saltines and ice cream in order to lose weight is complete nonsense. And completely lacking in nutritional value. Its a VLCD and completely unsustainable.

    Losing weight rapidly is dangerous and unnecessary. It places strain on all ur vital organs, y risk ur health when u can lose slowly while learning good eating habits and enjoy developing ur fitness?

    Yeah lose ten pounds by starving yourself & then gain all of it back & more when you don't learn how to eat in a way that is sustainable for life.

    All you need to do to lose weight is eat in a calorie deficit & weigh your food on a food scale to ensure you're accurately measuring your food.
