favorite healthy smoothie

My favorite is a strawberry and banana with almond milk smoothie. I basically have this everyday :) What's your favorite smoothie?

    My favourite smoothie is kale, frozen fruit, and a thickener (vega protein powder, banana, and/or yogurt, depending on what I have in the house)

    mine is a banana with 2 tbs of pb2 and some ice thrown in then blended. yummy and low cal. I recently started making a chocolate protein shake with a little bit of water and soy milk. YUM.

    Baby spinach, iceberg, banana, pear, Apple, fresh ginger and lemon juice.

    60g Leafy greens (chard, spinach, kale etc)
    1 banana
    100g frozen berries
    1 cup water

    Great for getting in greens when I am sick of salad.

    2oz milk, 2oz carrot juice with pulp, 2oz banana, 2oz strawberries, 2oz frozen blueberries, 2oz frozen dark sweet cherries, 1oz spinach. I add chia seeds at the end. It is super yummy. Sometimes I use half the strawberries frozen because I don't like the grainy texture from the carrot pulp, and having it just a bit more frozen helps.
