Hey all,
I'm 26, 5'8'' and currently weigh 180lbs. Looking for buddies to help with motivation and advice!

    Have you started a diet plan already and calculated the amount of calorie intake you'll need on a daily basis to lose weight?

    I'm kinda winging it! I have no clue! I put all my info in and it told me to have 1250 calories per day, I plan to exercise 3-4 times a week also.

    Try using a calorie calculator on the net to find out your right caloric needs for the day to start you off :)

    I walk a lot, school run and no car! It's like a 4km round trip. I just got this workout DVD too that I wanna do 2-3 times a week.
