Back again!

I don't have a huge amount of weight to lose but I'm keen to make new friends & encourage people to reach their goals..Ive counted calories, done Atkins and now restarting 5:2 following knee surgery so can't exercise much. Would be great to have some support & to support others on fasting days

    Fasting days sounds challenging!!. This is a good app for tracking progress. I have approx. 6 kilos to loose and so far so good.
