Just wanted to say hi,

I have been using the MyFitnessPal app on and off for the past year but I have never really took the app that seriously mainly because my diet was never the best to record.

On the good healthy days everything would get recorded but as soon as i had a "cheat" day i would stop recording.

I have always had a goal in mind but never the high motivation to stick with it.

I'm a keen cyclist so with the Tour De France starting in two days i thought this was a perfect time to start trying to improve my fitness and diet.

I'm 6ft 4 and currently weigh 16stone. The goal in my head is to get down to 14st 7. Although anything below 15stone and i will be happy.

A promise has been made that everyday i will record my diet and exercise on the app even if i have a cheat day. Im not aiming to loose all the weight this month but i would love to get into the low 15stone bracket.

If anyone wants to add me that would be great any support i can get is going to make a massive difference.

Cheers
Stewart :p

Your first success is realizing that you need to change and owning it. Just get rid of those things that make it hard to accomplish your goal even if it is for a season. Start with a week then try two and so on. I'd love to add you as a friend but I don't know how. Andrew
