Shredding my body... Whos down?

Hello guys I'm new to this app, but I have been training hard for a little over 6 months I have lost about 30 pounds and my and are just coming in. My goal is to get as shredded as possible before I start to add muscle some days are harder than others and I would love to share my journey with others to stay as motivated as possible .who's down to shred with me? Let's rock this together!!!!

    Right now I'm following a program from bodybuilding.com Kris gethens body transformation check it out it's free and it's a great plan
    he doesn't have set days he works out keeps everything random to shock the body I have 4 days on coming up after 3days on 2off 1on 1of next 4 on and 2 off and I do cardio everyday weather it's a weight day or not
