When I complete over 10,000 steps my excercise calories go back to zero. Why is this and how can I correct tit? As it looks like I've been greedy on those days.

TIA x

I don't understand your question. Are you using a fitness tracker that is linked to MFP, like Fitbit or something similar?

Please explain in more detail and perhaps open your diary so that we can see your exercise entries.

Clck on the adjustment to see the math MFP used to calculate it. A zero adjustment means you've burned fewer calories than your MFP activity level.

Enable negative calorie adjustments in your diary settings.

Hi, I use Pacer. So I don't add excercise in, but it takes in to consideration how many steps I take. Normally this add excercise calories. But if I go over 10,000 steps it then cancels out any exercise calories I can gain.

My activity level is set to lightly active, so it's unlikely a negative.

On that particular day I had eaten all my food and was within my allowance, until I walked home after my shift and by the time I got home it look as above.

Click twice on the adjustment in your diary to see the math MFP used to calculate it.

This happens to me when I enter my exercise while I have a fitness device attached to mfp, what happens is lets say the device counts X number of steps and that equals to Y amount of calories lost , however you enter Z calories lost due to exercise, MFP will think that you lost Z number of calorie while doing the X number of steps as well so it will take Z- Y to make sure its not counting the calories twice.
