Binge eating disorder

hi! I think I fall in this category of this disorder. To me it's as hard as quitting smoking (used to smoke 15yr ago) I'm definitely having a hard time. I make excuses and justify when I eat something that it's ok. I think I'm addicted. I'm currently in weight watchers. I'v lost only 2lbs in 2 1/2 months. Suppose to go to sleep study. I canceled cause if I lose weight it would make difference. I also hav acid reflux and hypothyroidism. I'm 42yr and I feel older. If anyone feels that uncontrollable feeling and binge please comment. I'd love to know I'm not alone. I thought about seeing someone too.
