you might want to think about gaining ~5 lbs and dialing your workouts back just a tiny bit. your body fat is insanely low, and you're vascular to the point of a nutritionally deficient/anorexic body. my stomach looked similarly last fall (lots and lots of random veins all over the place) and i eventually started having heart palpitations. it wasn't a good time. i'm pretty sure you would still look absolutely amazing if you did so, and it would probably be better for you in the long run.

I'm in the best shape of my life and I'm actually eating 2700-3000 calories a day. Just so happens that I'm so active my body stay losing body fat. My food bill is already high lol but thanks

    You look great!!

And i do believe that your bodyfat is very low but likely not low enough to cause health issues. Women naturally carry/need more fat, so i can see how this level of leanness maintained over a period of time may cause some health issues like Panchakshara describes.

    Once again, great work!

Nice def! My husband was a body builder and competed in Eastern Washington years ago. He got me interested in the gym. He had an A frame body and a washboard stomach. His forearms looked like Popeye! I said "he had" because he passed away about 12 years ago due to an old brain injury from childhood.
