Want to eat low carb but don't really eat meat!

I really think eating low carb would help me with my weight loss if I could find enough foods or meals that I can eat. I love fruit but don't want to over do it. I have been eating greek yogurt to get my protein. I love sweets but I feel the more of it I have the more I want so I don't bring it in the house. I'm trying to eat less sweet or carbs and try to love other foods. I'm also working out and drinking lots water. Any info would be helpful on what you eat for Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Thank You!!

    I love carbs, bread, pasta, rice, my largest weakness. I substituted pasta noodle with zuchinni and my family (all picky eaters) love it!

    I am personally a huge fan of cottage cheese on toast - the bread gives you some carbs to feel a little more full and a half cup of cottage cheese has 12g of protein!

    i dont enjoy eating a lot of meat either. keep the fruits and veggies in, i personally think its dang near impossible to do ANYTHING but good for your body when eating whole, raw fruits and veggies. that said, NF cottage cheese-add in tomatoes and pepper, SF jam, i even love it with SF hot chocolate powder, its soooooooo good! Greek NF yogurt, egg whites and cheese and spinach, beans, etc
