The best thing you can do is start! It doesn't need to be drastic changes, you can do yourself the world of good just taking the first steps0

The first step is to take the step. If you follow a sensible plan and just get going, in weeks or a couple months at most you'll wonder what the fuss was about and why you didn't start sooner. Just start already!0
