You can do it, ive helped plenty of people over 45 lose weight. Consistency is definitely the key in the areas of diet, exercise, supplementation, and sleep.0

I just turned 45 and am wanting to lose about 60 pounds...I have endometriosis, migraines, and bad knees so exercise has to be carefully done...I recently overhauled my diet again. Endo diet...no gluten...wheat..dairy...meat...etc...challenging but so far so good! Loss is slow...10 possibly since December but I think I am on a roll now!0

Yes, you can do it!! I'm 47 and have lost nearly 40lb aiming for another 8lb. Just use MFP to work out how many calories to eat. Weigh your food and log every bite. Stick to your goal and the weight will come off regardless of age0
