losing weight around the hips

ello I'm an over the road truck driver. is there an exercise that's easy that I can apply and burn the fat around my hip.here's what I've been doing 25 to 50 push ups a day or every other day. 3 to 6 minutes stomach crunches. thank you and make it a great day.

    You cannot spot reduce fat. Your genetics dictate where your fat comes off of.

    Just eat in a caloric deficit and the weight will come off everywhere, you will just have to keep losing weight until you are satisfied.

    Squats, bridges, hip thrusts, abductions, cable/band hip rotations. Add weight to the exercises as you progress.

    Calorie deficit. Same as last week, and the week before that. I know it's hard being on the road, but healthy eating and exercise are what will make that change

    You can spot tighten

    Fat loss is just fat loss

    You could add thigh girth or shoulder width for accentuating the waist narrow factor

    I do 300 crunches a day, 5 days a week to work my torso.

    Stiff leg deadlifts work the booty which also will accentuate narrow hips

    But if you have wide hip bone structure you are gonna have to accept it as such.
