I'm not starting until August 8th (after clx completion) however, currently i'm doing clx & c25k.

I know that TF is insane cardio but i've really learned to love running.

I'm curious as to whether or not i could fit in atleast 2 runs per week with the TF schedule.

So this is a question for people who follow the TF schedule (provided with TF)

are there any days that would allow me to run alongside TF ? Would it be "too much" you think?

Even if I could run 1x a week. I'm looking at how it can fit into the TF schedule. Is it possible? Which TF workouts would you suggest could be mixed with the 5k run & not be completely overwhelming. Is there a day that is a little "less" that i could make more with a 5k run?

Any advice would be awesome! thanks turbo freaks.

Hi -- I think it's possible. There's a rest day and days for stretching and/or toning, so you could add in a run on those days if you wanted to.

There's a rest day that you could do it on, and you could probably fit one on the days that there's a short HIIT video. Or one its the 30 min video. I guess it depends on how long you would like to work out for.

I'm only in my second week, but I did hop on the elliptical after one of my workouts last week, the TF just wasn't enough. I want to say it was a HIIT workout, like maybe HIIT 15. Then there's a built in rest day.

If I were a runner and wanted to get some runs in I would totally be able to do it at least 2 times per week assuming you have the time. I would say it would be doable.

Yes, and definately the stretching/tone/sculpt days.

I think you could on the rest days (Wednesday) or maybe on one of the stretch days (stretch 40). Also, in the begining of the schedule, there are days where you only just do a HIIT workout (ranges from 15min to 25min, depends on what week you are on) so you can those plus your run.
