I have really lost motivation the past couple of weeks and really need to get back on it! Put back on 2.8lbs! I miss being excited about weigh day and looking through the amazing stories on here thinking this will be me one day! It's time for this body to change for good!

Set yourself achievable goals (and rewards). Change your workout routine regularly, so you will not get bored. Try to get a "buddy" to keep each other motivated.

Today is a new day. Let go of what happened and look forward. If your not motivated at least commit to 10 or 15 minutes of exercise and just for today commit to staying within your calorie goal. Take it one day one meal one pound at a time! You have what it takes to do this you know you do!!

Have you tried using the PACT app? It's really working well for me - it keeps me logging regularly, choosing enough fruit/veg to eat and exercising. I'm stingy with money, so I always complete my pacts!

Is your ticker correct and thats the amount you have to lose? If so You need a findamentla rethink in how you approach the task ahead and strat preparing your mind for a long journey.

It can be you one day in the success section, but your mindset has to be strong, your knowledge correct, your plan achievable, expectations realistic plus your focus unwavering.

Take one day at a ime but be prepared and know how to deal with setbacks. Whilst its good to have friends for support it will serve you even better if you commit and take responsibility for your own journey.

Don't give up. I'm not sure what will motivate you but spend a day reading success stories or looking at before/after pics.. Try to remember what made you want to lose weight. Think that in two months time you will be very sorry you gave up when you could have just continued and would have -4 or -8 or-12 pounds or whatever by that time, maybe a size down. :)
