    Better in which way? Milk has a bit more calories comparatively. I personally find soy hard on my digestion and really bloats me.

    I prefer almond milK cause it tastes good and dairy milk gives me a belly ache.

    Dumb question: Is soya soy? If they are the same thing, why use soya over soy? Is it a regional thing or something?

    Soya / soya beans is used in UK and Europe (soya / soia / soja).
    Soy / soybeans is American English.

    I like almond milk in my smoothies but cow's milk in my coffee. It may depend on what you are using it for and what tastes better to you.
