    51.5 pounds down, not there yet (pics)

    When I started this the whole "50 pounds down" seemed like a pipe dream, not something tangible - but here I am. I have not eaten clean, I have not sworn off "treats," I have not taken any pills or had any surgery (not knocking any of it - whatever works for you...). I have incorporated exercise into my daily life, I have used this tool to carefully track calories, I have not had "cheat days" but have planned my calories to allow for whatever I want... in moderation.

    I'm not there yet, just slightly more than half way. But here goes... And as many say: if I can do this ANYONE can.

      I was just going to say, it's amazing how our eyes 'grow' when we lose weight!

      Great work, lady.

      I'm like you: No pills, no special diet, didn't eliminate any foods ... I just eat within my Daily Calorie Limit and exercise when I want to eat more.

      I've been maintaining my 30 lb weight loss within 5 lbs of my goal since October 2014.
