Dehydrating!!!

Hi everyone.
I'm feeling incredibly dehydrated at the moment, even though I'm drinking LOTS of water. Anyone got any tips? Especially when it comes to keeping the headache and lethargy at bay!!!

Green tea works good for me.0

If you're getting headaches, then you salts are out of whack. Drink a cup a soup or miso and then drink water. It will go away. As for lethargy, that's probably something else.0

Also keep in mind that webmd gave me over 120 conditions of which those are the symptoms.0 -
You may just be low in potassium. Eat some bananas0
