dream body

Actually I am in my normal range of body weight and I have only 14 lbs to lose to be in my dream weight. I started dieting several years ago and I indeed reached the weight I wanted. But not the body!!! I was ok with clothes but naked... No! Cellulite, not lean body,almost no boobs...! So I started to exercise. I started with running. 2 minutes a day until I reached 1 houre of non-stop running. I did yoga, pilates, .... For a while but my regular exercise was running. My body started improving. But the actual progress was when I started weight-training about a year age. I gained about 3lbs of muscles. Cellulites are almost gone. Boobs are ok. I look more lean at the same size of years ago. I look thinner. But still not the body! My problem is that I really love eating. So I gain muscles but not lose fat! I have 14lbs to lose and some more muscles to gain to be in my dream body. Something more... My 1 year from now goal is to take training courses and become a PT. I love fitness and I do it hard enough! I just have the diet problem to solve :-) anyone on the same boat?

    i personally have my dream body right now. and it was really easy. i just decided that i wanted a really $h!tty body.

    I'm trying to have a slimmer waist and face. My thighs are also quite thick so I'm planning to slim them down too. Overall my body seems to be at a healthy weight though, so thats good :)
