Spinning Metabolism while at the Office

Since I work at the office and always sit the whole day, I find it really hard to lose weight. Are there any solutions to burn calories during my work?

You can use a stability ball as a chair, that works your core really well.0

It's a good idea to get up and walk around a bit every 45 minutes or so, given what we know about the health risks of sitting. If it's possible to do some of your work while standing, that's a good idea.
But you're not likely to burn significantly more calories standing than sitting. Even strenuous exercise doesn't burn that many calories. Weight loss starts in the kitchen, not the gym or the office. Moderate to intense exercise can burn a few hundred calories, but its main benefit is improving your health and fitness.0 -
