Hello all!
I'm Kasi. 21 years old. Recently married to an American army soldier.
Before my husband left for basic training, we dieted and worked out together. I started out at 240 lbs ( highest weight) and ended up around 193lbs. I lost around 45lbs but unfortunately, stress and lack of motivation got in the way and I've gained back up to almost 220lbs
I have until august 24th to make a huge change. I want to step off the plane and make my husband think "wow" ( I'm moving to Alaska with him btw) my goal is around 180lbs.
That's not where my journey ends. Ultimately I want to be around 160 lbs or less. Depends on how I feel when I get there to that point. I am 5'2" but I will never be 120 lbs again. I am *ahem* larger chested with a pretty big bottom. I have curves and I'm not looking to get rid of those save the ones on my belly.
Feel free to add, ask questions if I've left anything out and help motivate and be motivated. I know WHAT I'm doing... Just don't have much will power to continue doing it.
Thanks!

A healthy, sustainable loss is .5 lb. per week for every 25 lbs. you're overweight. So lose what you can over the next 7 weeks, then lose the rest in Alaska.
Hands down, the best weight loss advice I ever received was to read the Sexypants post: https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/1080242/a-guide-to-get-you-started-on-your-path-to-sexypants/p10
