Hello~
I've been using myfitnesspal now for 35 days straight. I was using WW until I had a lifestyle coach tell me to try this app. It has made such a difference , I've lost 5 lbs since I started and has made me more aware of more than just points , but nutrients!
It's makes me motivated to keep going .
I'm looking for some of you who would like to do a 30 day walking challenge . Let's get a group started to end the summer on a high note!
