Hey I'm Laura. I was here before as Loach Cailin but freaked out after a healthy scare and deleted my account. All is well now and I'm back to lose 2 stone and regain my health, fitness and confidence.

I'm a 5ft 8, 34years old, stay at home mom of 3 kids. Love to cook, eat and walk. Really love bootcamps too but I'm not ready to venture back into that yet.
