My weight has gone up this week!!!! I have put on two and a half pounds and not too sure why?? My weigh in is Sunday am however I weighed this am and am up. I have been exercising diligently this week, walking every am and then doing Jillian Micheals 30 DS or Wii-Zumba as well, not too sure what I've changed other than I have been off work this week and not eating on a regular schedule like I normally do when I am working daily. Anyone have any ideas? I am on my fourth week and was feeling great about my success, I did measure this week and am down in the measurment department. Ughh just needed to vent!!!

A lot of people will lose inches before losing weight. Hang in there and keep trying, it will pay off in the end. Just think of it as a speed bump on the highway to weightloss. :flowerforyou:0

I feel your frustration. I was up this week too. Just keep fighting!!!! You will get this. (at least that is what everyone told me when I was venting)0

If it is near your time of the month you will see weight gain. I gained two pounds last week because it is getting close to be that time. :[
Here's hoping it will leave as easily as it comes :]0 -
What has your sodium intake been like? It could be water retention. That happens to me if I don't watch my sodium.0

Are you sure you aren't retaining water? I would drink more water and see if that helps. Also, check and see if your sodium has been overly high this week for some reason.0

Im with you as well. I actually agree, with tracking your sodium, because that will factor it in....
I have lost more inches than pounds, and im totally fine with that....dont forget muscle weighs more than fat as well!0 -
It could be that your joints are retaining fluid to self-lubricate, especially if you are working out harder than usual. If you see yourself getting more toned, whatever you are doing is working. Your profile says you just joined this month, so four pounds down is a great achievement. Try giving yourself a day of rest, and then weigh in again. See if there's any difference. When I have a grueling exercise day, ex: 8 hrs of gardening, I drink so much water I know there's no way it's all through my system by the next morning. That day of rest is a thing of great beauty in so many ways. Good luck!0
