Looking to lose 70lbs! Would like support

I gained 90lbs in a year and a half due to medical steroids. I've been having a hard time getting the weight off. I was 270 at the beginning of the year but I've also been off the steroids for a few months! Any tips or suggestions or even support would be helpful!

    Steroid weight gain usually comes on fast and doesn't leave fast cause life ain't fair but if u enjoy the small victories and keep on going it will come off my thought will neon your soon coming victory
