Folks was wondering if anyone had some light lunch ideas for someone who just can't stomach any vegetables??

Deli ham rollups with cream cheese and horseradish or mustard.

Ploughmans platter - an assortment of cold cuts, cold chicken, boiled eggs, some cheese slices...

Left overs- if you ate it for dinner- you can probably eat it for lunch.0

You should work on veggies. They are so important for health. Try as many as possible cooked different ways. For many, it's a texture issue so try cooking differently. What about in soup?0

I'd say: work on the vegetables. Ask your friends to prepare them for you various ways.

Hide veggies in sauces. But for lunch, yea, just eat whatever0

Try a new veggie each week. There must be something you can tolerate. Cauliflower has a really mild flavor you could add it to soup or stew (small pieces) without changing the flavor much at all.
Different styles make a big difference. Canned green beans are kind of gross (IMO)....frozen green beans have a wierd texture (just ok).....fresh steamed green beans are great. You may find you hate something cooked, but like it raw. Keep trying.0 -

Try veggie fries with a sandwich or cauliflower rice. U can't really get around needing veggies. Hide em in eggs or on pita pizza0

Thanks. Sorry should of mentioned I don't mind the blended soup - but was reading somewhere that this wasn't anywhere near as good for you. Something to do with your body not working to break it down and there being far more calories in for example fruit smoothies than simply eating the fruit0 -
