My name's Kaitlin and I'm 21. I haven't been taking care of my body and my eating habits are terrible! I'm trying to lose weight, but overall I want to be healthy. I'd love to hear tips and advice from other people about what has helped you all and kept you going! :)

    Hi, Kaitlin! You have made a great start by signing up for MFP. I started using it along with my new food plan about 3 weeks ago and I've been losing!!! So excited to see the scale move! Use the app to track your foods. You set up what your goals are for calories, proteins, carbs, fats, or whatever you wan to track and it shows you a running total of what you have left.
