Like many others I keep a bar of extra dark in the freezer for emergencies. It's been there for a couple weeks at least. One square is very satisfying, it's super rich!0

Hot chocolate I use half the recommended serving in the drink I find that using the recommended three teaspoons makes it too powdery anyway.0

I bought fiber brownies today to help me with my chocolate cravings. Once I have more control with portions, etc I might just try and have one lol.0

I like to eat a few (1-2 TBL) of semi sweet choc chips. You could make a little trail mix with it by adding some raw almonds and a little granola.0

those 40 calorie fudgesicles are pretty yummy. chocolate rice cakes are great too. however both those things contain chocolate... not really a substitute for anything.0
