Calorie question

Hello all!
I am currently doing the Charlotte Crosby 3 minute belly blitz. I am wondering what to put into my app? I try and do all 12 rounds (of 3 minutes each) but how many calories am I burning?

    A rule of thumb (as I don't know what you weigh, etc) is that you burn approximately 32ish calories per 5 minutes of intense training. This is for a woman approx. 120 pounds. If this helps.
