Trader Joe's - what do you buy?

    I <3 Trader Joes! I'm usually cooking for one, so eating their frozen meals makes sense for me, and helps with portion control.

    My staples are:
    -salad mix
    -berries, sometimes the cheapest around for me
    -bananas
    -2% greek yogurt - nice compromise between 0% and full fat
    -cheese, usually brie, goat gouda, feta, or gorgonzola, cheaper than anywhere else around for me
    -frozen chile rellenos
    -frozen tamales
    -frozen berries
    -frozen lasagna/eggplant parm
    -frozen green beans
    -frozen mac and cheese
    -tofu spring rolls
    -frozen pumpkin pie, in the fall (I like it for breakfast...not the healthiest though)
    -tortellini

    I also love the cheddar puffs, wine, and chocolate, but don't buy them often because I'll finish them in a couple days!

    Cut vegetables (usually carrots and broccoli)

    Reduced fat vanilla soy milk
    Chicken sausage

    Whole wheat buns
    Whole wheat English muffins
    Turkey bacon
