    I would go the nearest awesomest dog park with my Maltese-Poodle and my wonderful son and run around with her and hug both my precious beings. Thank them both for having chosen to be with me in this life time. Since I practice SGI Buddhism - Take my Omamori Gohonzon with me, and right before it all goes away, sit with my son and by little girl and end this life time chanting with them at my side. Since I believe in reincarnation - the next life I will be slender, healthy, athletic, love to cook and yes, I will be SGI Buddhist again, be my son's mom and have my Maltese-Poodle girl back in my new life. Ok - I'm ready.

    As fun as the dog park sounds, I'd take Rose and Jersey_Devil, Michael, and Mr Stabbems parasailing, cliff diving, or sky-diving.... those are three things that scare me because I'm afraid of falling but since I'm dying in a couple hours let's do it!
