I found out somewhat recently that I have this condition. For 10 years I've been struggling with my weight and I never knew why. It made no sense why I tacked on 130lbs because I never ate so super unhealthy and I grew up being very active.
Now knowing I have this the medications my Dr suggested made me sick so my only option is to eat amazing and also work out. I was in an accident last year so getting motivated to move is difficult. I've found a glimmer of motivation recently and will start a Walking to Running program. I hope this helps
thanks for listening!
