Need some info first if you want accurate assistance:
    • What is your current weight and age?
    • Are you sedentary with little to no exercise?
    • Are you categorized as underweight, normal weight, overweight, or obese?
    • Do you exercise regularly?
    • Do you lift weights?

Fitness pal gave me the numbers. For the weight I am and the weight I want to be I was just wondering if the protein for daily was in grams

Yes, it's in grams but I wouldn't trust MFP to tell you what you require.

LOL-I think My fitness pal can give you an estimate of where you need to be. Google "how much protein should I eat?" and you will get a ton of calculators. MFP calculates it on your weight and lifestyle I think. If you want to be a body builder you will need a lot more than a stay at home mom. I do not think 77 is a lot.
