how do you log weightlifting in exercises with a specific weight because it's showing no results found in strength training

Don't bother. Weight lifting calories are pretty low and can change due to a lot of factors.0

Create your own exercise. I log all my exercise on MFP for tracking purposes. I create about half bc they are not in the database0 -
I use map my run to log exercises and it transfers them over. Although it doesn't always transfer as the appropriate thing. For instance, Mowing the lawn transfers as Gymnastics, general.0
