Please share any healthy and filling breakfast as well as lunch ideas. I'm getting bored of my eggs, oatmeal and grilled chicken salads.

The first two recipes below are my staples every week. I make the last recipe once a month and freeze the leftovers in canning jars or small tupperware-type bowls.

    Breakfast: Super quick shake
1/2 cup of Dannon vanilla yogurt (other flavors too sweet), 1.5 cups of milk (1% or 2%).

Lunch: Awesome chicken salad, makes two servings, eat with 9 Ritz crackers per serving.
(found on allrecipes.com, but can't find link):
1 cup diced cooked chicken, cut into smallish cubes
1 cup grapes, each cut in half (or quarters if large)
    1 cup chopped apple
1/4 cup chopped toasted pecans (can rinse to remove salt)
    2 tablespoons light miracle whipe
    1 tablespoon honey mustard
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Lunches from leftovers: Veggie stew, makes 7-8 servings, eat alone or over mashed potatoes
    Back burner ratatouille, all recipes.com
I use 3 cans of tomatoes and more than triple the Italian seasoning.

I'm rather fond of tuna burgers.

One can white tuna in water, drained
1 egg, scrambled ( you can use just egg whites if desired)
    1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
    2 tbs chopped onion
    2 tbs chopped green pepper
1 tbs lemon juice ( optional)

Mix all ingredients togetherness, form into 2 patties and pan fry until golden

I do theses on my electric griddle and no fat needed for cooking. Makes 2 servings. Serve with fresh salad

For lunch I make 1 slice of toast and top with sauté onions, peppers, some salsa, a few spices, sometimes i add a slice of low fat cheese or goat cheese, and 2 portions of egg whites (from a carton so i measure it out) and a serving of angel sweet tomatoes on the side. I also sauté a slice of low sodium bacon 75cal (great value brand) or a cold cut serving (i love the salami one 60cal for 4 slices). Its only 224calories around and more if you add the meat. Sometimes I even add a little dessert like the no sugar added pudding from Jello brand (only 60calories) which I indulge. And its only 2 points of fat off the fitness pal food diary. I know its crazy but sometimes I add a fruit on the side so I take out the bread. I know nuts! Barely any carbs!

Breakfast: a lot of people like breakfast sandwiches. I suggest greek yogurt (choose your toppings)!
Lunch: Lettuce wraps (fill w meat, other veggies, etc), a Bento Box (not necessarily Asian food! browse around), leftovers...

This week I decided to take my leftover taco meat which already had diced tomatoes, green peppers and kale and mix it in with my scrambled eggs with a little hot sauce....yummy! I've had that twice this week and it's so good.

For lunch I like chicken salad on a pita with some lettuce and tomato or leftovers from dinner the night before.
