I'm new :-)

I just join and I need to lose 50lbs. I don't mind doing the exercise 30 mins a day. I'm just a terrible at my food choices. I love and eat way too much Carbs! Hopefully I can find a few friends or some people here to keep me motivated to press on.:-)

    Welcome from me. This site enables you to take control of your eating. Initially use the calories counter as a guide so you can see where you are making bad food choices. Knowledge is power.

    hello everyone. i just started 2nite, ive recently lost almost 15lbs in the matter of 3 months, but im not finished w my plan. i wanna lose 7lb, thn ill b completely done w the dieting. every1 says i dont need 2 lose weight, but im use 2 being a certain weight. i gained 20 lbs as of last year(depression got me,i didnt care) soooo, iwanna get back 2 my normal weight and b comfortable.
