I like a couple of boiled eggs or some yogurt. I eat one of the yolks and give the other to my dog.

Well, it depends on how you're spacing your meals. If your meals every 3hrs, the body can only really absorb 35-40g of protien in that amount of time...so it's kind of moot. If you're eating a more traditional breakfast, lunch, and dinner...you could make your own protien bars for in between. Nuts are a great snack...cottage cheese is AWESOME, full of protien, 0 carbs...but if you're looking to reduce fat as well...the only thing I can really think of is to make your own protien bars.

It'll be good to hear from others on this too =D.

whey isolate shake with some psyllium husks for fiber is a real quick fix. not that filling, but it gets the job done when you don't have any time. i mix mine with filtered water, and use the EAS brand.

I usually eat fruit mixed with yogurt and a cheese stick. Or an apple or grapes with yogurt and a cheesstick. You can get the low cal cheese sticks that are about 60 cal, fat free yogurt that is 80 cal.......
