In Canada it's 67 (pensionable age). Being senior doesn't mean old. It's kind of like 18 means adult... but it's only a legal/political term. We all know 18 year olds who we wouldn't call adult... and 14 year olds who could be called adult!0

Do you get the senior discount when you go places? It's just classification and meal discounts, it doesn't mean you're old.0

Yes. It gets me half price subway fares and a discount at movies, which are $15 in my hood, sometimes $20. And yes, I am old. Does not mean that I am not very attractive, vital, intelligent, intellectually curious, and I hope wiser and more patient than when I was in my 20s, 30s etc. Also, I have run out of effs to give, which is the most wondrous thing evah.0
