I am 180 right now but I usually stay around 178-180. I just can't seem to get these 10lbs off to reach 169! I have been doing ok for the past 6 months but basically maintaining. When I lose a few pounds I get excited but now I know it is either water weight. I've been down to 173 before but can't seem to stay there. Do I have to work harder? Eat less? I've posted before but my question is any one else have this problem? Did you overcome it? What did you do?

You have to be absolutely precise with your logging, as the final pounds are the toughest to lose. If you aren't using a food scale, go out and purchase one to use. Measuring cups and estimating portions won't help once your deficit is that small.0

I have a food scale... I don't use it as much as I did, I guess I gotta start. Thank you.0
