I always tended to just stick with either canned tuna/pre cooked chicken and vegetables because of the macros but I want something new! Preferably not eggs

Make salads and wraps. they can be very healthy and filling if you get a whole wheat tortilla and some chicken or tuna and or sliced meat, add different kinds of lettuce and tomato, flavor your meat with different herbs and spices, and add some fresh veggies on the side to much on instead of like chips or crackers try baby carrots and sliced cucumbers.0

Today I have a oven roasted chicken sandwich with cheddar cheese and bacon on whole wheat bread and greek yogurt. Yesterday, it was a ranch burger (90/10 angus with hidden valley ranch dry mix) with cheddar cheese, a side of mccormick cucucmber salad and a dannon light n fit greek yogurt.0

I REALLY enjoy roast beef cheese wraps.
I use Flatout bread wraps
2 servings of Oscar Meyer roast beef
1 slice of low fat cheese
microwave for 15 seconds.... great.
And even though I'm far from being a vegan, I really like Boca Burgers too.

I usually eat leftovers from dinner. Today I am having tuna on salad because the salad is here at work. It was catered for a meeting yesterday and I am eating the leftovers. I also eat hummus and veggies/crackers.0

Like the above poster, I eat left overs a lot for my work lunch. Some of my favorites are leftover grilled chicken (love the smoke flavor!), crockpot roast beef with veggies, breakfast casserole, Panera inspired Greek salad, veggie "fried" rice and when I need to a frozen meal. I make sure to have snacks on hand as well like frozen blueberries, 100cal skinny popcorn, carrots and hummus and celery and pb are my favs.0

Avocado wrap! I warm up a whole wheat taco shell in the microwave, or put a bit of extra virgin olive oil in a pan to crisp it up. I put a very little amount of cheese mixed with salsa in the shell while it is cooking. Once the cheese and salsa is melted, I add the avocado and sprinkle some salt on it. If I am feeling a lil "adventurous" I will add brown rice and/or black beans. Then, I have a cup of fruit, and salad with lots of veggies and low fat vinaigrette. Yum!0
