Need help

hey guys my name is Jess, I have fallen off the health food wagon and am having been trouble focusing on getting back up. Words of advice or encouragement to help me get back up there?

    What made you fall off? How were you successful in the past? What's one thing you can change today that will benefit your health for the future?

    The first step is the hardest, but the one that causes the most change. Good for you for coming back here!

    I had to start with my water intake and what I wasn't drinking. Tracking that to start made it easier to add additional things ( high protien breakfasts...then lunches...then snacks...) to the tracking list.

    Get immediately back on that wagon.

    If your long term goals seem too overwhelming make one small goal. When you keep at it, add another small goal. You would be surprised how quickly we can make healthy choices into habits. And remember this current frustration you are having and let it drive you.
