Hello everyone! I am new here. I look forward to finally taking charge of my health and my body. For the last seven years I have been a prisoner of a chronic illness. As of the last three months it has subsided and I am able to try and find me again. I hope that I can meet other people that I can motivate, and vice versa.:flowerforyou:
