So you may be feeling a little down. Suppose you're stuck or feeling like you'll never reach your goal. Keep working towards your goal! Here are a few helpful things to inspire you.

1.) Buy some new workout clothes!

Nothing says motivation than treating yourself with some new clothes for working out!

2.) Make a weight loss chart or weight gain chart

This will help keep your goals in mind and every time you reach a certain goal, color a square in or write it down somewhere!

3.) Follow pages on social media who are similar to you!

It's nice to have a community to reach out towards for that extra push!!

    Yes, it does get easier!!! A year and a half in and 55 pounds down. Worth every effort!!!
