Friday Mini Challenge

Today we are gonna try something new.

Today we are going to do Shadow Boxing. Let's try to do it for at least 30 min.

Don't use the Wii unless there is a game that will let you box the entire time. Golds gym does not allow continuous boxing for example. This, depending on how active you are, can be great cardio.

    I saw a vid on youtube explaining shadow boxing, it was what I thought but wanted to see a vid and there's no way I could do it as quick as the guy on the vid!!

    OK, I'm done. That was the toughest challenge I've posted so far, at least for me anyways.

    Now to decide what's for tomorrow.
