    Yes, though if you have bad knees be careful on some of the lower/torquing stances. Work your way into them like you would any other activity.

    That said, have a ton of fun!

    In one of my classes we did some research related to training for improving quality of life in individuals 60+ and Tai Chai was shown to be very effective in accomplishing that, so it's probably a good option for you to stay active. If you can find a good instructor that would help a lot too.
