Ive been doing this for 10days now and havent seen any results yet!

I'm impatient too. I put the scale away and only get it out on weigh in day (Fridays) I cant stand on that thing everyday expecting to see something.0

In all seriousness for some reason the opposite method works for me. I weigh myself all the time. Then after a while I realize "oh. this watch pot is not going to boil". I still weigh myself at least once a day I just know what to expect.0

In the mean time there are plenty of useful threads you could read up on. Make sure you're logging as accurately as you can, buy a food scale and weigh solid food you eat whenever you can.katielouise990 wrote: »Apologies for my auto correct ha!!! When I was losing weight before, it took me about 6 weeks to see results. That doesnt mean nothing is happening! Every day you make an effort leads up to that moment, so dont give up!
Weigh in once a week to avoid frustration, and if you feel like it you can take a progress pic. every month for a side by side comparison

Give yourself a month. Good things come to those who persevere. Also surround yourself with supportive people. There is always people out their that would love to see you fail . 6 months down the road and you will be a new person. Head up , focus on your goals and you will be fine .0
