I'm scared to lose weight, but I'm scared to gain weight. If I lose two-three more pounds, I'll be underweight. I don't want to be underweight because of health reasons but I want to lose more weight. I've lost five pounds and I'm scared to gain it back. I want to just be able to eat again, like I used to. I'm still really young and I have a really high metabolism. So I can technically still eat what I want. I just feel like I can't because I don't want to gain weight again. Help, please.

It is natural for our weight to vary by a couple of pounds or more from one day to the next. Worrying about it is not going to help. Nor can you do anything to prevent those natural weight variations.
Weigh yourself every day and adjust daily calorie goals up or down until you find how many calories you need to be aiming for every day to maintain within 2 to 4 pounds of current weight. With practice you will convert that to weekly calories and no longer panic over daily calories or what the scales say every day.
If you can't do all that on your own, ask for support from the professionals.0 -
How old is "really young"? If you're talking about BMI "underweight" levels then it's worth pointing out that they're a guide a flawed as they don't take muscle mass or body composition into account.
I'm with the other posters in advising you to seek real life medical help - you shouldn't be this stressed out over 2lb. You can lose that much with a massive poo.0 -
If you're nearly underweight and are scared of gaining, you need to speak with a professional.0

I agree with other posters - you are too freaked out over this. It's not possible to be the exact same weight every day so you should find someone (therapist) to help you figure out how to live with that fact. Do it now, no need to waste your time and energy worrying over this anymore!0
