slow page loads?

Hi:

I've posted this issue in feedback, but I'm really interested in other users thoughts.

I've noticed that since MyFitnessPal has been "Powered by UnderArmour" and has been using Localytics for ad placement & analytics, page loads on my windows PCs (Firefox) have been absolutely glacial Average diary page load is around 25 seconds. Android page loads don't seem to be as badly affected.

Is this an issue that others are having?

    I have been having serious performance problems in the Android app as well. I noticed the same thing you did; the performance seemed to begin once they switched to the 'Power by UnderArmour' branding.

    The nature of the lag seems to clearly indicate poor responsiveness from the server.

    Mine has been awful on Chrome. My whole computer was being bogged down.

    But on the plus side I've now installed AdBlock+. Right as rain again. Probably not what Under Armour intended.
