Pre-Workout Energy Supplements

I have been using MusclePharm Assault drink mix before my workouts, and it's pretty good.. but I'm on my last few scoops and I would like to try something new.. any recommendation?

//If you don't like pre-workout energy drinks.. that's ok, I know a lot of people don't. But, I do. :smile:

    I use Cellucor C4 watermelon flavored.

    Cellucor C4: better than Assault and one the best well-rounded pre-workouts

    I am using Jack3d watermelon right now. Has NO2 and creatine included and no jittery feeling.

    Okee. I think I will try Cellucor C4.. are all the flavours pretty good or is there one I should definitely avoid?

    I'm not sure if you tries Cellular C4 yet, but I've been taking it for a few weeks now and hate it. The taste (fruit punch) is ok if I use about 24 oz water (instead of the recommended 8). It makes me sweat like a pig and I tingle about 15 minutes after taking it. I have a major crash from it as well and NO boost in energy. I'm also looking for something different.

    Right? Miss me with the weird skin blotches and tingling. I drink iced tea before and during my workout and have no issues.
